Help with Demo Memo for iPhone.

Getting in touch

Email support@blewpri.co.uk. Say which iPhone you have, which version of iOS it runs, and what happened. Every email is read by the person who makes Demo Memo.

Restoring a purchase

If you've bought Demo Memo before, on this iPhone or another, it can be brought back at no cost. In the app, tap ••• on your demos, then Settings, then Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account you bought it with.

Redeeming an offer code

There are three ways, and each ends in Apple's own redeem sheet:

• In the app: tap Redeem Code where Demo Memo offers the full app, and enter the code.
• In the App Store: tap your picture at the top right, then Redeem Gift Card or Code, and enter the code.
• By link: if you were sent a link, open it on your iPhone. The App Store opens with the code filled in.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose Request a refund, and pick Demo Memo.

Privacy

Your recordings stay on your iPhone. The privacy page has the rest.
